Peter Westenthaler – known from OE24 and as a member of the ORF Board of Trustees – joins Gert Kunze at Café Eiles. An unvarnished, inspiring, and profound conversation: about his beginnings with Jörg Haider, his rise in the FPÖ, the ÖVP-FPÖ coalition and the Knittelfeld revolt, the moment a broken Haider sat in his office in 2005, and the decision Westenthaler now calls the "mistake of his life."

Speaking more openly than ever, he talks about the Bundesliga trial, four months in prison and the electronic ankle monitor, true friends in times of crisis, and the fight for his livelihood. And he reveals something about Herbert Kickl that, in his own words, he has never said publicly before.
