With his wife he has turned Café Eiles into a unique meeting place for people of different origins, ages, social classes, professions, religions, and orientations in the centre of Vienna.
Since his days as a student abroad, there have rarely been borders he has yet to cross. He successfully restructured national and international gastronomy companies and finally fulfilled his life's dream with Café Eiles.
Gert Kunze never stands still, always successfully develops new projects, and positions himself with his opinion on economic or political developments. The clarity of his statements is appreciated by many in Austria and Germany.
